Cancellation:
Cancellation by you: You may notify us of your intention to cancel an order prior to shipping with the exception of commission pieces which will require upfront payment of 50% set as set out in invoice and with remaining 50% upon completion.
No returns accepted, unless damaged on receipt and documented.
You may notify us of your wish to cancel your order by contacting us at sales@scandivintro.com with the reason you would like to return the item, all returns are subject to 25% restocking fee and must be in the same condition they were received in.
Cancellation by us: scandivintro.com reserves the right to cancel orders if you breach the terms and conditions herein, with or without notice and without further obligation to you.
You will not be entitled to any refund in these circumstances.
